The Grand Tour then continues to Manchester, Okemo Mountain Resort and The Town of Killington before returning to Stratton Mountain Resort on Sunday, August 17th. This route offers some of the best cycling roads you'll find in the U.S. In addition, you have the option of completing an amazing Gran Fondo century on Saturday August 16th that crosses the Brandon Gap, one of Vermont's six Legendary Gaps across the Green Mountains, before finishing that day on the access road at The Town of Killington!
The Weekend Challenge
Short on time? Then choose our Weekend Challenge that begins Thursday evening, August 14th in Manchester and finishes back at Stratton Mountain Resort on Sunday August 17th. This route, like the Grand Tour, provides you with the option of completing an amazing Gran Fondo century that crosses the Brandon Gap, one of Vermont's six Legendary Gaps across the Green Mountains. We offer bus transportation back to Manchester on Sunday since you started there.
The One-Day Legendary Gap Century Gran Fondo, 73 & 65-mile ride options
Can't take a day off from work, but want to really challenge yourself? Then come ride our one-day Legendary Gap Century/Metric Century which begins and ends at Killington Mountain Resort on Saturday August 16th and crosses the legendary Brandon Gap before returning to Town of Killington for finish lunch/ party.
There are two shorter 73 & 65 mile routes offered that head south towards the beautiful picture post-card villages of Ludlow and Woodstock looping through gorgeous roads along the Black River. The 65 route avoids the climb up Sherburne Pass. Once you've complete the 65 mile route you can drive up to the finish party/lunch at the Lookout Bar & Grille on the Killington Access Road with all the other riders.
